Definitely not recommended for business travel. The environment is too poor.
It almost looks like it's in ruins, and I won't be able to go back after finding out.

Everything was great, except the room got a little cold at night with no way of turning on/up the heat. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern.

It was clean, but... there was no window, so I felt very stuffy.. The room was smaller than I thought. Hot water needs to be turned on for a while to come out. Water pressure is better than cold water. It's not unreasonable to come alone like on a business trip and just sleep. PC not working.
