GGuest UserI took the repair hook to rafting on the weekend, the room was very clean, not far from the rafting, the service was very wrong! You can also open a recommendation letter at the homestay to buy tickets cheap! I ate two restaurants around and the taste was delicious! The puppy was very happy to run in the big yard! I used the laundry service in the evening, it was very good and clean!
The breakfast is also delicious. The glutinous rice with pickled mustard and pickled mustard is delicious. The juice and coffee are also delicious. The white rice porridge is very soft and glutinous. My aunt got up to make the wontons at five o'clock in the morning.

SStevenqianEnvironment: The surrounding environment is indeed very secluded. There are camping areas and teahouses on the top of the mountain. The hotel has planted golden buds on the mountain, and you can experience the whole process of tea making.
Facilities: There is a lot to say about the facilities. The cabin booked has a swimming pool. Check-in time is 5.3. There are 4 cabins in total. Since I arrived at the hotel to check in at around 6 o'clock that day, I was assigned to room 1105. When I entered the door, I first smelled a very strong smell of damp wood. Secondly, the shade of the tree outside the floor-to-ceiling window facing the bed was very coefficient. The restaurant was in front of the left and the conference room was in front, which was far from the main picture of Ctrip's official website. Let's talk about the swimming pool. There were bugs, insects, leaves in the water, and the water was not full. Let's talk about the hotel's promotion of Dyson hair dryers. The filter was removed. It is understandable that the cleaning lady cleaned the inside of the filter, but in fact there is still a lot of garbage concentrated outside the filter.
Service: 2.5 points for service are given to the shuttle master. He was very enthusiastic to help carry the box, and the shuttle bus was also very fast. On the first night of our stay, due to the above-mentioned facility problems, my girlfriend asked the front desk to clean the pool and change rooms, but the hotel said that all rooms were fully booked and could not be changed, and there was no compensation. AAnonymous UserWe are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

AAnonymous User👀I was a little worried about the online reviews, but the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was rich in variety, the service staff was enthusiastic, and I was upgraded to a lake view room for free. The housekeeper was sweet and considerate, and responded to every request. The surrounding attractions were introduced in detail, and the Halloween program was also informed in advance. I only stayed for one night and extended it for another night. It was a happy trip! The only small flaw was that I bought a shuttle bus ticket, and it was raining and windy when I went out, so I decided to drive to the zoo. As a result, I didn’t get a refund for the shuttle bus ticket. Although it didn’t cost much, I hope there will be some improvement and more humane!

This is a very rare B&B that has a unique space for vacation.
Everything is green as far as the eye can see, it feels like time stands still here and you forget all your worries.
The designer created twelve rooms with their own characteristics based on the twelve zodiac signs. We stayed in the 🐷 room, which has a pink color scheme. It is very girly, but not young. It has two round holes (the designer explained it as 🐷Nostrils) divide the room into two spaces, making the space very interesting!

In addition to free time, you can also enjoy forest archery, Frisbee, and mountain climbing. The B&B also has two sika deers that you can interact with.
From toiletries Lelabo, to electrical switches, bath faucets, Bluetooth speakers (B&O and Marshall), etc., they all demonstrate the B&B's control over quality details. The B&B uses butler service, and any questions will be answered immediately. When we arrived, it was past the meal time, and the butler also thoughtfully prepared noodles, wontons, and tremella soup for late night snacks. He was considerate but not overly enthusiastic.

SSam - HangzhouIt was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️
