Intelligent voice control of the whole house, curtains, TV, air conditioning temperature can all be controlled by voice, which is very convenient. Service: I ordered breakfast the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. It did not disturb the children while they were resting. The service was very considerate. I will choose this place again with my children in the future.

The hotel service is very good. The girl at the front desk patiently introduced us to the smart equipment in the room. It is very easy to use, especially Xiaodu, which can set the air conditioning temperature. The equipment is also good: the rooms are newly decorated, and the toilet can be heated, which is useful in this weather. The clothes are just right, very comfortable, very clean and the bed is very soft. Parking in the hotel is also very convenient in the yard. I visited the surrounding Taihu Lake and it was very nice. 來看音樂節的，酒店本身還行，位置的話從公交站那邊過去需要穿過一大片城中村（圖3）白天可以，晚上還是繞到旁邊的大路好一點，需要上橋（圖2）有點距離。打車到還是方便的。 主要問題在服務。抵達酒店大概一點多，被告知需要先打掃。可以的，就開始等，結果等了大概半小時，看着一組組到的客人都紛紛入住了。其中還有的客人也被告知現打掃房間，然後也在我前面入住了？又一次詢問大堂經理我的房間開始打掃了麼，回覆説正在打掃。又過了大概20分鐘，再次詢問，才得知打掃的阿姨正在打掃目前還沒有人要入住的大床，而我定的雙床房雖然已經空出來了，但是樓層分配問題還沒人去打掃……然後在前台經理再次跟阿姨強調後，我親自上樓看着打掃，15Min後終於入住了。整個過程大堂男經理沒有一句道歉，衹有振振有詞的狡辯。注意態度差的就是唯一的那位男經理！！！女經理態度還好。 其實高峯期等候1H並不是不能接受，但是作為前台調度，應該明確告知客人需要等候的時間、或者明確通知打掃衞生的阿姨先打掃哪個房間，而不是一邊跟客人説20分鐘就好，一邊不作為任由阿姨按照莫名其妙的順序和流程讓客人乾等着。總之是近一年最差的酒店體驗，也是長興之旅唯一的敗筆。長興還會來，但這個酒店沒有下次了。
