GGuest UserThe environment of the courtyard is superb! Great value for money, the boss's family is warm and sincere, the room is very clean, the dishes are fresh and delicious, and the farm chicken pot is especially recommended! The chicken is free-range chicken on the mountain, the meat is super tender, and the soup is delicious! I ate two meals at their house, which was delicious! The breakfast is also delicious. The fried dumplings for breakfast are made by the boss's family, absolutely delicious! A super expected stay experience, I will choose Ru Ni Su Yuan next time, and I wish the boss a prosperous business!

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

MMiamiaAn amazing hotel! I came to Hangzhou to watch a play during the Qingming Festival, and stayed in Moganshan for two days. I wanted to feel the deep greenery in Moganshan, but I didn't feel it in the mountains (the scenic spot was somewhat over-promoted...), but I completed the closed loop in Zhimagu Hotel. It can be seen that the design of this hotel is very bold and attentive. Each room has a unique design style, classical Chinese, European, American, Southeast Asian, ******* style... I was dazzled when choosing a room. If I wasn't afraid of trouble, I would even want to change the style every day~ The reception area and restaurant of the entire hotel are filled with various green plants, medieval furniture and interesting sculptures and paintings. The sun shines in through the large French windows of the Elf Restaurant. The whole space looks patchwork in the extremely complex style, as if it is located in Southeast Asia. The breakfast in the restaurant and the stir-fried dishes in the Chinese restaurant are good. The waiters are generally young, and they are all very cute and friendly sisters and brothers. The housekeeper Xiaoyu is very thoughtful. She took the initiative to help with luggage, deliver things to the room, introduce travel guides, etc. I love you~🩷The cats and dogs in the store are well raised. They live a more comfortable life than me in a picturesque place. I envy them so much😭

MM514955****I discovered this place on Xiaohongshu, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Banyan Tree's quality is consistently excellent. Winnie at the front desk was super friendly and enthusiastic, telling us all about the hotel activities. Check-in was efficient, and she even got us a high-floor room with a great view. The hotel facilities are pretty good, and the adorable pets were a nice touch. The small playground area downstairs has a lovely view too.

This might be one of the hotels with the most breathtaking views I've ever stayed in! Our room offered an unparalleled vista – truly a 'living painting' the moment you open the window. From the moment we drove through the hotel gates, the meticulous and thoughtful service was evident; staff guided us all the way, so we never worried about getting lost. After parking, the hotel provided dedicated internal shuttles for pick-up and drop-off, making it completely hassle-free and elevating the whole experience.
Waking up in the morning, gently drawing back the curtains, and watching the mist drift through the mountains, changing with the light – it was truly a sight so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away 🤩. Even doing nothing but lying in the room and soaking in the view brought immense joy.

The cliffside restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Perched right on the edge of the cliff, it features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the entire valley the moment you sit down. We were incredibly fortunate to secure a table with the best view; the expansive vista was simply stunning. Eating breakfast while watching the clouds and mist dance through the valley was profoundly therapeutic.
Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, ensuring you'd never get tired of it. I must especially commend the rice noodles – with three distinct toppings, each bursting with fresh, savory flavor that left me craving more! I ordered them two days in a row; the more I ate, the more I loved them 😋.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway for an anniversary, or a relaxing weekend road trip within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, this place is absolutely perfect! There's no need to meticulously plan an itinerary; the hotel itself is a 'self-contained holiday haven'.
The complimentary activities alone are enough to fill a day: archery, billiards, craft-making... each one was engaging and fun. The paid activities were also reasonably priced. We tried both pottery and the spa, and highly recommend them. The entire experience was both relaxing and engaging, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves and truly 'slow down and savor the moment'.

**Archery Instructor 🏹**: He was absolutely fantastic! His instruction was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We even participated in an archery competition and surprisingly won a prize! He called immediately to inform us and personally delivered the prize to our room. That moment truly warmed our hearts~

Wwd900428What an unforgettable trip! I participated in the Kailas Moganshan Trail Race, and afterward, I wanted to take my mom on a short vacation. Originally, I thought about staying at Naked Castle, but after some research, I realized Naked Valley was a better fit with more hotel activities. My choice certainly proved to be wise! When I arrived, the lovely young lady who checked me in, Nancy, became my personal butler. I truly have to thank my wonderful butler; her dedicated service made my trip absolutely perfect! They don't just provide service; they treat you like family, a close friend, always thinking of your needs. This heartfelt and genuine service made my mom incredibly happy during our three-day, two-night stay. The hotel activities were also incredibly rich and varied. We made lipstick, baked cookies, painted handmade canvas bags, and crafted twisty stick flowers. Each activity was explained patiently and thoughtfully, providing a wonderful experience. On the afternoon of check-in, we booked a spa massage and had a hot stone massage. After just finishing the race, it was truly heavenly! The management was also beyond excellent. In the evening, we booked a table at Kikaboni restaurant, and the hotel even gifted us a bottle of red wine. The food was really delicious, and the service was fantastic. The hotel breakfast was also very abundant. The environment is beautiful, and Naked Valley's small cakes definitely live up to their reputation – they taste amazing! My mom was truly overjoyed. A huge thank you to my butler, Nancy, I will definitely be back to stay again. I still want to try horse riding and archery! Oh, and it's worth mentioning that this is a pet-friendly hotel! The adorable little dog at the entrance is a super cute, well-behaved dog! The joy of petting dogs! They are incredibly thoughtful towards dogs here, offering pet-specific strollers and even pet menus. Honestly, there are just too many good things to list; everyone really needs to experience it for themselves!

GGuest UserEverything was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at this hotel before when it was still Huttopia, now the area has expanded and offers more activities (horse riding, petting zoo).
The concept of staying in wooden cabins in the middle of a bamboo forest is unique, the scent of pine wood is pleasant and very relaxing.
This is a dog-friendly hotel, cleaning fee is 200 yuan per stay which is reasonable. I strongly recommend this place to people with dogs as there are many paths in the area to take dogs for a walk, without worrying about traffic, the area is closed off to public, only cars with special permit can drive around.
The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from, both Chinese and Western. And real COFFEE! Afternoon tea was delicious, shrimp with mango sauce and spicy salmon on a toast both tasted like Thai food and were super fresh!
The hotel offers facilities for everyone - playground and swimming pool for children, outdoor sauna + jacuzzi for adults. We loved going to sauna surrounded by bamboo and then taking a cold shower outside, it’s so refreshing on a sunny winter day!
We love this place and we will surely be back.

LLudanxiaTraveling with our kids this time, the hotel's butler service was truly the most touching part! As soon as we got out of the car, the butler proactively came to help with our luggage and arranged the most convenient transportation and sightseeing routes for us, which saved us so much hassle. This kind of family-like care made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Seeing the children have so much fun, we knew we had picked the right place! ❤️

GGuest UserWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
