因為是正月初一，入住的時候人不多，前廳負責人紅紅很熱情，業務也熟練，很快辦好了手續，因房間內有煙味要調換房間的時候也很快。房間條件還不錯，衞生也挺好的，不過停車衹有門口不大的地方，入住的人多的話，估計停車不容易。房間內點餐服務還不錯，價格公道，質量上乘，雖然選擇不多。就是因為入住的人不多，餐廳竟然不開，早餐是統一配送到房間，當然就沒有自己選擇的餘地了，當然肯定能吃飽。

酒店服務很熱情，早餐也非常豐富，是當地比較不錯的酒店，推薦大家到長治玩，周邊地上文物非常值得一看。臨走送的水果很不錯，但建議調整成入住時贈送，這樣不會路上拿着有點負擔
