Ibis Hotels in Changzhou

Let's talk about the advantages first: good location, close to the Dinosaur Park, the city, and the high-speed rail station; the breakfast is very good, the children finished two bowls of silver noodles in a row; the handmade snacks sent at check-out tasted great; the lobby and other public facilities are relatively clean. Here are the disadvantages: I received a call from the hotel on the day of check-in to ask if I was bringing children, saying that they would provide children's toiletries, but there were no children's toiletries in the room when I actually checked in, so I called in advance in vain 😕; the most outrageous thing is that the booking page shows two 1.37-meter-wide twin beds, but after checking in, each bed is less than 1.2 meters, and the mobile phone measurement shows that it is only 1.13 meters. Although the executive suite was upgraded after subsequent communication (because it was fully booked during the May Day holiday, I could only upgrade one room when I booked two rooms), I also went through all kinds of troubles of packing luggage and changing rooms...

The parent-child room is quite large, with a large bed and a small bed. The room is very warm and clean. There are children's toiletries, which is very thoughtful. A toy bag for children and small dinosaur biscuits are also given upon check-in. The hotel is full of dinosaur atmosphere, with all kinds of dinosaurs, which are not only loved by children, but also by adults. The breakfast is also very delicious, without any disappointing dishes. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending!

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

Before check-in, Zoe housekeeper contacted in advance and introduced the itinerary very considerately. She was very attentive and made an appointment to prepare carrots 🥕. There were really a lot of carrots hahaha. She kindly informed me to pick up the children's toiletries. She was online very late and responded quickly. She helped to upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable to stay. Facilities: The hotel is quite new Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The Christmas atmosphere at the door was also very atmospheric Service: The service was considerate, the overall check-in process was fast, and the considerate Zoe housekeeper was always online

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

Everything at this hotel was well done. From the greeting at the front desk, to the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was so ideal for my trip in that it was not far away to the train station and even for nice walk and other activities.

Another fantastic visit. This has been my 3rd trip in 6 weeks. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Fantastic friendly and professional staff to the delicious international cuisine to the beautiful rooms and maid service. I will be back for more stays. 👍😁

Very satisfied, good location, within walking distance from Changzhou Railway Station, not far from Tianning Temple and Qingguo Lane, convenient transportation. The room is nice. I will recommend it to my friends and will come again if I have the chance.
