In October, I had a fate with the South and traveled to Changzhou, Huangshan, and Shaoxing. On the way, I also passed by Hangzhou East, Shanghai Hongqiao, and Jiashan, so I was really a special soldier. This hotel is pretty good, quite satisfactory and has everything it needs.

I came to Changzhou with my classmates to play a fast hotel. The room was clean and tidy. I also upgraded the room for free. The service was great, the environment was better, very quiet, the air conditioning and cooling were very good, and the experience was very satisfying. I will come again next time I have a chance. ⭐ I came out to live in a store and ran into Xiaoqiang in the middle of the night and called the front desk. The manager grabbed Hadronzi in a few minutes and re-changed the four-piece suit and told me that there might be dust in the middle and asked me to avoid it. People just lay down and asked the staff to send water and boxes. Efficient, caring, respectful, considerate and other people's store will lock this GreenTree Inn in the future! ! !

Overall description: Wujin's old hotel, the hotel greening is really in place, green back garden, natural oxygen bar. The facilities are a bit backward, especially the TV in the room. It is perfect if it can be refurbished in some years. There is Metro Line 1 around, but it is about 1km walk away. It is more convenient to drive by car.

The service is very good, the front desk lady is enthusiastic and professional. The service is fast, and the robot immediately delivers the things you need. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is also very good, Metro Line 1 Changhong Road Exit 4, parking is convenient. The key is that parking fees are free. There is a shopping mall nearby, and it is quite complete for eating, drinking and playing. There is Yancheng Spring and Autumn Paradise and the zoo nearby. There are subways and buses that can go directly to the railway station, which is very convenient. I recommend staying here.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

The breakfast is the homestay breakfast, and there is a swimming pool outside. It is suitable for families, friends, and couples. Overall it is still very good! But the manager makes everything right. Gives a good introduction of the hotel and what it all offers.
The restaurants offers chinese and western food. The chef cooker ensures quality food with a very fine taste. Special thanks to Emily and her colleague for the good attention and care.
Room is equipped with good furniture, comfortable sitting and shower facilities. The air conditioning / heating was not balanced. I think there is still a technical problem to solve here.

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
