To the people who don't like reading: Short version: You should go. This is a nice family hotell with a little something for everyone. Well worth the money. The food is great. It's very clean. The facilities and pools are good. The staff is proffessional and kind. To the management: You should be very proud of your staff. Some of them stood out as exceptional. Your receptionist June has the most inviting smile, and overall servicemindedness above and beyond. Her collegues Elektra and Evangelique, and their male counterparts also stood out as helpful and serviceable. Class acts. In the poolbar Betty really made pur trip better. We especially appreciated being asked once in a while if we where sitting in the bar or by the pool, being able to sometimes recieving our cocktails in real glass. Makes the whole experience feel a little more classy. She also mixed really good drinks. Of the cleaning crew, Anthola and Romanita stood out with great big smiles, good vibes and effectivity. Niko really did his job in the Rooftop restaurant. Serving with effectivity, knowledge and humor. In the restaurant Nassos and Nathalia stood out to us. Service with dignity, helpfullness, smiles and polite banter. In the ocean bar Vicky and Dimitros impressed the most. Both mixing great drinks, sometimes even by request and off menu. Impressive, extra service and much appreciated. The crepes-guy, Michael also deserves a raise. Always smiling. Always trying to make the costumers happy. The women in the spa were also very nice and proffessional. All these employes deserves a round of applause. Their bosses should know to appreciate them. FInally, the only small constructive critisisms I have: Sprits (even at plus-level are still medium level. Spirits and wines are mid-price level, and I would at least like the opportunity to buy something better. Also some more garnishes for the cocktails, like olives for the martini etc, and the opportunity to choose not to have plastic glasses would be nice. All in all, we had a great stay. Would reccomend to anyone, and would love to come back. ( Though I would bring my own cognac and whiskey.) Thank you all!
