Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

To the people who don't like reading: Short version: You should go. This is a nice family hotell with a little something for everyone. Well worth the money. The food is great. It's very clean. The facilities and pools are good. The staff is proffessional and kind. To the management: You should be very proud of your staff. Some of them stood out as exceptional. Your receptionist June has the most inviting smile, and overall servicemindedness above and beyond. Her collegues Elektra and Evangelique, and their male counterparts also stood out as helpful and serviceable. Class acts. In the poolbar Betty really made pur trip better. We especially appreciated being asked once in a while if we where sitting in the bar or by the pool, being able to sometimes recieving our cocktails in real glass. Makes the whole experience feel a little more classy. She also mixed really good drinks. Of the cleaning crew, Anthola  and Romanita stood out with great big smiles, good vibes and effectivity. Niko really did his job in the Rooftop restaurant. Serving with effectivity, knowledge and humor. In the restaurant Nassos and Nathalia stood out to us. Service with dignity, helpfullness, smiles and polite banter. In the ocean bar Vicky and Dimitros impressed the most. Both mixing great drinks, sometimes even by request and off menu. Impressive, extra service and much appreciated. The crepes-guy, Michael also deserves a raise. Always smiling. Always trying to make the costumers happy. The women in the spa were also very nice and proffessional. All these employes deserves a round of applause. Their bosses should know to appreciate them. FInally, the only small constructive critisisms I have: Sprits (even at plus-level are still medium level. Spirits and wines are mid-price level, and I would at least like the opportunity to buy something better. Also some more garnishes for the cocktails, like olives for the martini etc, and the opportunity to choose not to have plastic glasses would be nice. All in all, we had a great stay. Would reccomend to anyone, and would love to come back. ( Though I would bring my own cognac and whiskey.) Thank you all!

Currently spending a week at this hotel for the first time and so far it’s been lovely, from the beautiful surroundings, the tasty Greek cuisine, to the entertainment team, special shout out to angeliki who always serves with a smile and makes the best pina colada and June who is simply a delight to be greeted by, what a wonderful family friendly hotel.

The hotel offers a nice time for family vacation. The room are spaceful and clean. The staff speaks english fluently and is very helpful (especially June). My only concern goes for the food which is lacking variety.overally my family had fun

Very good for young kids. Food is good, crepe bar and ice cream is all the snacking you’d need. Lager fine, spirit-based drinks and wine not great, but again, it’s somewhere that’s good for young children so your opportunity to enjoy them would be limited anyway. Kids entertainment team enthusiastic. Particular thanks to June, Vangelis, Dimitris, Michail and all the ladies cleaning plates at the seafront buffet restaurant.

The food IS very good here and they have variety The room was big and very good with cleaning everyday . The had drinks cheers to angeliki and Betty. The staff was very nice and june was very friendly and always asking If we are okay The Price IS very okay
