No hacen verificaciones de las condiciones de la habitación, 3 meses antes me quedé en el mismo hotel y misma hab y mismo focos sin prender. Habla muy mal del hotel. El Restaurant horarios muy limitados por las mañ y noches.
Puede ser excepcional el lugar peor no se esfuerzan para lograrlo.

Lugar placentero, no muchas habitaciones, bonito Hotel. Me hospede en la suite y la verdad hermosa habitación, hermosa vista. Servicios de SPA de primer nivel, la atmósfera muy congruente con lo que ofrece. El restaurante padre, vista frente a gran jardin y fabulosa alberca.

Pague por expedía, llame para avisar, respondió uno que dijo solo ser el cuidador, se quedó callado dijo que no sabía nada de recepción, llegue al lugar salió el mismo tipo y con cinismo dijo era usted el que llamaba, no me quiso respetar la reserva aún con el ticket pagado, no sabe resolver nada, no nos dejó quedarno, cero recomendable, si no saben utilizar aps no se promocionen, contraten personal mejor capacitado, cobran muy caro para recibir este trato y experiencia por parte del personal.

Las recamareras no hacen bien el trabajo, dejaron solamente una bata y me acusaron de robo, porque creían que habían dejado dos batas.
Tuve qu abrir mis maletas para demostrar que no estaba su bata en nuestro equipaje.
Muy caro el hotel, para el servicio y las instalaciones.
