It was , and has always been a fine place to stay Comfortable, friendly folk, and close where we needed to be.
This was the first time we stayed on the lobby level. In this room, the walls were a little thin in that we could hear our neighbors. We stayed in a room that had a connecting door - not sure if that had anything to do with it. Thankfully, when it was time for us to go to sleep - they must have had the same idea because it finally got quiet!

The hotel itself was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The room as well. However the bed is hard as a rock, couldn’t sleep.. tossed and turned all night and woke up with horrible back pain. Besides that it was a nice place to stay.

Management needs to be fired or get more engaged. Dirty common areas, room cleaning needs better attention to detail. Poor quality breakfast bar and charging $3 fora cup of coffee that all your other hotels provide free (Dulles Hilton, Garden Inn, Hampton...). Elevator problems.

Sink could not be drained without going under the sink. Hotel was far from full and neighbors were so noisy they kept us up until 1 or 2. Pillows and pillow cases not clean. Checked in 1130. Too tired to move. Only one towel and one pillow each for two people.
