Courtyard Dulles Airport Chantilly

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member I recently had the opportunity to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Chantilly and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the standout aspects of this property is the condition of the rooms. They appear to have been recently renovated, with a modern, clean design that made the space feel fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Prior to arrival, I reached out through chat and received a thoughtful and prompt response indicating that an upgrade would be considered based on availability, which I appreciated as a Platinum Elite Member. While that was not ultimately accommodated during check in, I still want to recognize the team member who took the time to respond in advance. It did leave me a bit curious, as the reasoning referenced a newer system, but I understand that operational factors can vary and availability can change. The front desk team was kind, welcoming, and professional, although my Elite recognition was not acknowledged, I truly appreciated that my late checkout request was honored, which added a lot of convenience to my departure day. In terms of comfort, the only minor observation would be that sound does travel a bit between rooms, particularly from neighboring doors and cabinets being opened or closed. It was not a major issue, but something future guests may want to be aware of. The location is another strong point. While I was not traveling through the airport myself, the close proximity to Dulles makes this a very convenient option for those who are. The elevator was slightly difficult to locate at first and felt a bit more dated compared to the rest of the property, though it was clean and functioned without issue. Overall, this is a well maintained, modern, and comfortable property with a courteous team and a convenient location. With continued attention to consistency in communication and guest experience, it has the potential to be an even stronger stay.

It was a nice stay. The staff was so nice and happy. The front desk was shating some helpful information for local food places. We got a newly renovated room, and I LOVE the room layout. The changes are amazing! I think that I paid what is expected for this room and the location. My room was easy to get to and the room was clean and had a great smell. The the tv and extra USB connections was good, but to have a fridge/microwave combination is a great amenity to have for guests. To be there for a couple of days, the noise was moderate, only because we stayed on preferred side to see places land. Thank you for our stay. We will travel again in winter and prefer to stay at your location.

First room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the front desk was accommodating and moved me to a new room. Second room was just fine until someone started smoking pot in their nearby room. Unless you need to save a buck or two, stay elsewhere.

The room was clean and welcoming but very noisy heat, room next door you could hear everything. There was some sort of alarm at midnight and against 1:30 which turned all the room lights on and then off again. Not a good night sleep.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriott. I was greeted warmly by the front office team--shout out to Craig and Gabe! The check in process was smooth, and everyone that I interacted with was kind and professional. My room was absolutely lovely. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again!

The hotel has just been renovated and looks awesome! The lobby is so much brighter, i love the new design. Staff was acceptional!

Terrible stay at hotel. We booked to have our rooms next to each other so we can practice for our show. The lady at front desk lied several times saying toom was booked and it was not. So we couldnt rehearse due to our rooms being at different locations instaead of next to each other. The staff lying to us was the breaking point. We will never stay there again and im calling Marriott corporate office to let them know about employees there

Had a room with an adjoining door and could hear every word spoken on the TV next door.
