Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. I have stayed here multiple times and always had positive experiences. It is in walking distance to target costco and lidl. Will recommend this place

If you're not a deep sleeper, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It's located near a major highway and a busy street next to Costco, and the noise levels are no joke. The walls are incredibly thin, and many construction workers seem to stay here. They start their day around 4 AM, cooking and preparing meals in their in-room kitchens—which unfortunately are located right behind the headboards. If you're trying to sleep in, forget about it. You’ll also hear doors slamming across the hallway, as well as loud noises from neighboring rooms, including the ones downstairs. Sometimes it’s loud enough to literally shake the bed and wake you up. Another issue is the lack of ventilation. If you prefer not to use the AC or heater, be aware that the windows only open about 3 inches due to built-in security locks. When I asked the front desk about opening them further, they said it’s restricted for security reasons. That raised some concerns about the type of activity they might be trying to prevent. Overall, unless you’re a heavy sleeper or have no other options, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Was not happy that elevator wasn't working and nothing was mentioned about it when i paid for the room.

Convenient location. Close to airport and shopping. Staff is polite and apologetic. Elevator did not work. Shower knob nearly detached and only the staff be able to turn it on. Room needs deep cleaning to rid of pest.

elevator was out as i hear it always is.tv inop.72 years old,sent to the wrong end of the building on the third floor ,elevator out,after moving my car and had to move it back to its original location

This place is very dated. The elevator is constantly broken, and they only have one. If you have a disability, don't stay here. Also this place is full of roaches.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and smelled good. Great place to stay if you truly want to feel at home. You can prepare meals in your room or go to the many restaurants that are within walking distance.

Great hotel in its price category. Good location- close to the airport and Dulles Expo, convenient access to the highway. The hotel is located in a quiet green area so you can get some rest and enjoy green territory and quietness while having exceptional proximity to all the places around the airport and in NoVA. Staff is great and helpful, always try to find personalized approach to each guest. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is also pet friendly so you can be comfortable and have peace of mind if you travel with your furry friend. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay both short and long term, but if you are between homes or have longer business trips and commitments, this place is amazing for guests staying for a week or longer- there are full kitchens in rooms, you can always get all the kitchenware and tools you need to feel at home and you will never feel like you are isolated, whether you have a car or not- grocery stores and restocked are within walking distance. The place is safe, they have cameras and pretty enclosed territory- you almost never meet strangers around the hotel- everyone is a guest here. The hotel has coffee and snacks for breakfast. Overall- a very pleasant place to stay and a great point for exploring NoVa/DC or starting your new chapter in the area.

Room was really stinky. Had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic all night.
