This was my first and most likely my very last time staying with a Courtyard. I am calling about my stay and no I do not want a free night I want at least one of my nights refunded back to me. Could not use amenities due to breakfast bar was disgusting, my children’s toes got burned in the pool, there were chemicals for pH balance literally right on the ground with chemicals in it where my 3 year old could have gotten to it, beds tore my back up, the door to the closet had punch holes in it and my door handle wouldn’t work properly and I got locked out my room at one point and you had to jiggle the inside of the door handle for the lock to close for the door to shut completely when leaving the room. I stayed here because the location was close to the set I was working on and the reviews were decent, but I think I will stick with Hilton or Marriott due to this experience.

Despite previous suggestions, when it come to breakfast, they didn't have any option for Vegans, No any type of vegetable milk (oats, soy, cashews, rice)... also there was not fruits or hot water...

Uns hat es in dem Hotel gefallen. Das Hotel ist allerdings kein drei Sterne Hotel mehr. Es liegt irgendwo zwischen einem und zwei Sternen und muß dringend renoviert werden. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgerockt. Das Frühstück kann man essen, aber es ist auf niedrigstem zwei Sterne Hotel Niveau. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich aber wir haben zu keiner Zeit eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Auch nicht als ich versucht habe, eine Online zu erhalten. Etwas kurios war, daß jemand das Schutzgitter der Klimaanlage aufgebrochen hat um dort gebrauchte Kaffeepads reinzustecken (siehe Foto). Laut dem Rezeptionisten war es das Hotel selber. Dadurch soll Zigarettenrauch aus dem Zimmer entfernt werden. Das scheint geklappt zu haben. Wenn dort jemand vorher illegal geraucht haben sollte, konnte man davon nichts riechen.

Charles and Hidee are the best they made sure my stay was the best overall experience!! Needed clean water for my c-pap machine and they made sure I had it! Room I had was really clean, bed was extra comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if your In the area

Comfort Suites Dulles Airport is in close proximity to the airport. Some negatives about the place. 1) Very Limited parking, we had to circle around quite a few times to find a open parking space, and even that space was very small to fit a SUV into. 2) Rooms and facility are outdated. The rooms were old with carpet, molding, decor, walls, shower and could hear everything through the walls. 3) You have to request room service. We did not know this as the first person overnight who was on staff didn't advise us that a person has to request room service for the room to be cleaned and fresh linen. Positive 1) Breakfast was very good during the stay. 2) Location was approx: 25min to 1 from DC pending the time and day a person departs. Improvements suggested 1) remodeling in the rooms/Bathroom 2) More accessible Parking 3) Make room service standard and NOT upon Request. Thanks for considering in advance.
