1.房間熱水極慢，需要等到10分鐘左右才能出高温水
2.前台工作人員態度一般般，處理問題的能力一般
3.早餐種類少，基本的餛飩這些都沒有
4.值得肯定的是設施還是齊全的，全屋智控，也有智能馬桶。環境還不錯，房間空間也還可以。

家人們誰懂啊，這次入住咖居鉑金酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須來好好誇一誇！
一進酒店大堂，就能感受到滿滿的高級感。裝修風格時尚又大氣，燈光的搭配恰到好處。
前台工作人員的服務態度簡直無可挑剔。辦理入住手續時，他們不僅動作迅速、專業，而且臉上始終洋溢着熱情的笑容，耐心地解答我提出的各種問題，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的各項設施。
走進房間，更是驚喜不斷。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得十分温馨。傢俱擺放合理，空間利用得很到位。床上用品柔軟舒適，一看就是高品質的，躺上去彷彿被雲朵包圍，睡眠質量都提高了不少。衞生間乾淨整潔，使用起來特別舒服。
餐廳的早餐更是豐富多樣，中西式美食都有，味道也很棒，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
酒店的位置也相當優越，周邊交通便利，無論是去景點遊玩還是購物都很方便。
