Response from Property: 看到您的點評我們心裏特別過意不去，半夜洗澡遇到這種事，換作是我們自己出門在外碰到，肯定也會生氣，真的萬分對不起，是我們的工作沒做到位。全季的沐浴露一直用的是防二次開啟的一次性卡扣設計，瓶身封死之後就打不開，根本沒辦法往裡麪加水或者灌其他東西，您擠出來的液體，應該是瓶底最後殘留的一點沐浴露餘料混進了瓶身縫隙裏的積水，加上瓶子幾乎空了，才會讓您誤以為是上一位客人兑進去的水，是我們沒把產品餘量檢查清楚，才造成了這場誤會和糟糕的體驗。我們已經當天就對全店所有客房的洗護用品做了全面排查，給所有客房服務人員做了專項培訓，以後每間房退房清潔後，都會專門檢查洗護瓶的餘量和密封狀態，絕對不會再讓類似的情況發生。
