The room design was very well-thought-out, clean, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly welcoming. Even with our family of five (3 adults, 2 children), we were all very comfortable. The owner enthusiastically provided us with local tips and recommendations for good restaurants. A special shout-out to the room's fresh air system – the air felt wonderfully clean and refreshing.

The facilities are complete and comfortable, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. It truly felt like a home away from home! We even received a souvenir when checking out, definitely trustworthy!

This B&B is right in the heart of the ancient city. Turn left and you're directly on Paifang Street – super convenient, no detours needed! The staff are really enthusiastic and helpful, and the rooms are smart and clean! **Exclusive Gold Butler Service:** Very warm and attentive. **Welcome Fruit:** Fresh and delicious. **Overseas Chinese Afternoon - Ancient City Tea Break:** The 'duck **** aroma' lemon tea was so good!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with top-notch golden butler service. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and all the young ladies and aunties were incredibly enthusiastic. The golf cart service for check-in and check-out was super convenient. Exceeded expectations!

The hotel is located right inside Chaozhou Ancient City, making it super convenient to walk to all the attractions. The staff actually contacted us before we even arrived, giving us directions. When our car pulled up, a staff member was already waiting for us at the entrance – it really made us feel so welcome and at home.

The room facilities are complete, and the butler service is very attentive. The location is very convenient, and the hotel also has its own parking spaces.

I carefully chose a hotel in the ancient town and decided on Floral hotel, and I absolutely loved it. Since many roads in the ancient town have traffic restrictions, the lovely lady at the hotel's front desk drove a small car to pick us up right at the entrance, which was incredibly thoughtful. We booked a family room, which had two king-sized beds (1.8 meters each). There were also two foot-of-the-bed sofas, perfect for putting things on or sitting, which was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the space was quite generous; even with our luggage spread out, it didn't feel cramped. There was also a small balcony with lounge chairs, but unfortunately, it was too hot to fully enjoy it. When we arrived, the staff had already turned on the air conditioning for us, making the room wonderfully cool, and they even helped carry our luggage to the room. The service was impeccable. The room we booked this time came with a package that included two tickets to a Chaoshan-style Yingge dance performance, as well as an afternoon tea set and duck-shit-scented lemon tea. The Yingge dance performance was very unique; watching the show while sipping tea felt very local and authentic. The performers were skilled and dedicated. By the time we finished watching the Yingge dance, the afternoon tea had already been delivered to our room. It was incredibly pleasant to escape the heat and enjoy afternoon tea at the hotel! Once the sun set, we went out to find food. The hotel is right next to the main street, so it was a short walk to many dining options. Overall, the location is convenient, the room is bright and clean, and the service is exceptionally good! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is excellent, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. The room was quiet and clean, with a lovely ambiance. The service was thoughtful, and they even thoughtfully sent some crispy plums. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at from the Huazhu Collection. The location is fantastic, right inside the ancient city, next to Paifang Street, and only about a ten-minute walk from Guangji Bridge. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room was very spacious. They even gave us several small gifts when we checked out.
