Han Ting Bie Yuan Resort Hotel

Absolutely loved my stay! We were greeted with four cups of olive tea upon arrival. They even upgraded our room to a much larger one, which was a pleasant surprise. The tea service was excellent and very welcoming, and every staff member provided great service. The hotel's location right in the ancient city was perfect for watching the light show. The welcome fruit for check-in was also fantastic!

Chinese style, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent service. Definitely worth recommending to friends.

The environment is fantastic, and the landscaping is beautifully designed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spotless.

The small courtyard is exceptionally beautiful, even more stunning than the tourist attractions themselves. It's very close to Paifang Street, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff even helped us extend our check-out by two hours.

Aside from a bit of a wait for our room to be cleaned before check-in, everything else was fantastic. The staff were amazing; they gave me several band-aids when I asked, and all the young men working there were incredibly enthusiastic. There were so many people in Chaozhou Ancient City when we visited, so it was really comfortable to come back and rest our feet after exploring. The shower water temperature and pressure were perfect, very relaxing. The courtyard is charming, and even the little fish look plump and well-fed. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This hotel truly excels in both service and quality! The reception was warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. My entire stay was delightful, earning a five-star rating!

The hotel's location within the ancient city offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The courtyard scenery is absolutely beautiful, with a delightful arrangement of plants and flowers, creating a picturesque view at every turn. Breakfast options are a bit limited, as it's a fixed menu. The room was quite spacious, but the amenities were rather basic. Some rooms have windows but no view, looking directly onto the neighboring wall. For over 2000+ a night during Chinese New Year, the value for money isn't great.
