Great service. Old facilities, but undergoing renovations. Very good breakfast, just very ripe fruits, already tasting past their point of consumption.

Very good, we arrived in the city at night and luckily the hotel was available, it was an event day in the city. We were well received, a large room with a comfortable bed, the bathroom with a shower with plenty of pressure, the shower could be a little bigger but ok. Good breakfast.

The rooms are in a state of great wear and tear, with worn-out bedding and pillows that look (and smell) old, in addition to poor lighting (white LEDs), and one of the televisions in the rooms does not work at the volume level. Another negative point was the curtains, which did not close completely, leaving the room too bright from very early on. The positive point was the reception staff, very attentive and polite. In short, it is not the same Hotel Bertaso that I have stayed at since I was a child.

The hotel has a good location, however it does not justify the price charged. It's worn out. The curtains do not block the passage of external light and the air conditioning does not have the capacity to cool the room, it must be a low quality brand. It's a good hotel, worn but tasteful decor.
