The hotel is 4, the cafe is 5, but the parking is 2. The hotel is good, but it's really a shame to arrive from a trip tired and have to take the stairs with your suitcases because the elevator doesn't go to the garage…. ☹️ Although there is an elevator that goes down to the basement, it is disabled and access to the garage is via stairs. ZERO accessibility!!!

New and well located hotel, the staff are polite and helpful. Very good breakfast.
Two observations:
There was only one bath towel, as I was with my wife, I had to request one from reception (regardless of there being more people, I believe that two towels should have been available).
We didn't like the pillow, it was very thin and there were only two of them (you have to fold it to make it more comfortable)

Well located hotel, excellent breakfast and very good professional service.
My complaint is in relation to the "gym" space, outdated equipment, without maintenance and without care (dangerous). In my opinion, it shouldn't even be mentioned as available.

Clean, well-maintained hotel (looks new), very diverse breakfast, lots of fruits. All environments are pleasant and clean. Very polite and friendly employees. The only problem is the neighborhood, which are very busy bars and on a Tuesday there was live music, football the next day, etc.

I already knew the other hotels in the Mogano chain in Chapecó, No Business was the first time... And it was a positive surprise. The reception was very friendly, especially taking care to ask guests if they prefer a room at the back or at the front (avenue) for because of the noise from the bars at night. We chose a luxury suite and the room is great, it even smells like new furniture... I believe it is recently renovated, as well as having a great bed and pillows. The breakfast was very complete, but I suggest adding some sweet options, as there were only 2 pieces of cake. Closed garage, good service, comfortable room and well located. We love it!

Be aware, that on Sunday there is a bar across the street which plays absurdly loud music until 2 am. And the hotel doesn't seem to be bothered by this.
So if you like to sleep earlier than 2 am, don't stay here.
