Melhor hotel de Chapecó-SC. Boa cama, ducha, limpeza, canais de TV, roupas de cama e café da manhã. Estacionamento pago à parte.

Estive no hotel a trabalho, em uma suíte intermediária com sala de estar, escritório e quarto em ambientes separados, banheira de hidro para duas pessoas. Lindo, limpo e cheiroso. Restaurante com buffet de sopas e saladas a noite ( maravilhoso). Buffet de café da manhã, ok. Poderia ser melhor. Já o atendimento dos funcionários de forma geral é nota 10.

Cheguei quinta , OK, pedi serviço de quarto, ok , sexta chegou um time de futebol e além do meu evento o hotel tinha vários outros eventos, resultado, fecharam o restaurante e serviço de quarto extremamente para os jogadores, hotel de 4 estrelas não tem capacidade de receber hospedes fecha , mas mandar hóspede ir procurar um lugar para comer é o fim, hj no último dia , na recepção, tinha inúmeros folhetos de restaurantes e pizzarias, nenhum atendente ofereceu, tudo deslumbrado com um timinho de futebol que nem olhava na cara deles . Não recomendo.

Me sinto em casa, simpatia e empatia em todos os setores. Muito cordiais e acessíveis. Café da manhã com suco verde, ovos mexidos e bolo fit q adoramos. Sempre gentis e sorridentes, quarto sempre limpo e com ótima mesa e ferro de passar, academia e várias salas para reuniões de negócios. Espaços amplos e bem cuidados. Boa localização! Super indicamos! Parabéns a administração do hotel, pelo belo trabalho!

Ficamos no Mogano Premium A estrutura é nova e bem bonita A experiência que tivemos nos outros hotéis de Chapecó não foram boas, por isso escolhemos esta opção para passagem de apenas uma noite O serviço de quarto e o café da manhã foram ótimos A habitação e a cama eram boas No entanto, uma grande crítica ao ar condicionado do quarto, pois não estava resfriando Depois de muito calor, fomos obrigados a pedir a troca do quarto Acredito que foi um problema pontual

Este hotel fica no centro de Chapecó. A entrada de carros é pequena. O checkin foi moroso. O lobby é grande e tem vários quadros de decoração. Elevadores um pouco lentos, mas bem conservados. O quarto é de bom tamanho, mas com mobília simples. Fiquei no último quatro do corretor com vista para um telhado de zinco bem feio. O chuveiro funcionava bem, mas o shampoo estava fixo na parede e não sais corretamente. O café da manhã era ótimo, mas houve um problema com a máquina de café e havia uma fila.
