Cheguei e me alocaram no quarto 1001, ao entrar mofo, paredes descascando e cortina suja. Pedi para trocar. Fui alocado no quarto 501. Condições do quarto OK, porém se precisar de conexão, seja wi-fi ou na TV esqueça, não conecta em nada, contente-se com seu sinal de celular ou a rede Bobo. Pedi ajuda, precisava do sinal para trabalhar e depois descansar, nada, fiquei mais de 1 hora e nada, nenhuma presença ou resposta. Desci e fiz meu check-out, fui para outro hotel. O estacionamento é uma caixa de surpresas, uma bagunça sem controle e vagas minúsculas no subsolo. Arranharam meu carro mas não posso provar, pois não tem controle nenhum. Fui embora, não volto nunca mais e não recomendo. Depois de uma viagem de mais de 700k tudo o que você quer é o mínimo de respeito e conforto por um local que você pague R$ 400,00 de diária. Quero o estorno do que paguei, pois não usei nada.

Agradável. À exceção do estacionamento, insuficiente para as demandas do local, tudo é muito bem estruturado. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo, mas tinha apenas uma pessoa para cuidar do check in/check out e do bar no momento da minha chegada, o que ocasionalmente causa atrasos toleráveis mas indesejáveis. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência.
