#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of the Floors, Room Decor, Quantity of Amenities, Value for Money; Because the hotel is carpeted, it is difficult to drag the box when you check in with luggage. The luggage cart in the hotel is broken, and there seems to be not enough staff to help you.

The room was immaculately clean and well stocked. The front desk employees were all very nice and helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The only real issue we had was the dining staff. They didn't really seem to understand that we were there to eat and they never took our order. But we did go to the room and called it in. The food was good, and decently priced. The person who took the money was the same person who was confused about us eating there and they seemed to be confused about the payment for the food too. I'm not sure if they were new or what, but it was a little frustrating. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

I had an issue with my HVAC that never seemed to get rectified. So I spend 4 of my 5 day stay dealing with a random beeping noise that woke me up about 2x per night.

Very friendly staff! Front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff were super helpful and kind! Great location for us and the daily breakfast is so convenient and tasty. Would definitely stay again!

It's such a calm, lovely space (though I have not yet experienced it on a football/crowded weekend). The breakfast is delicious! Every front desk person was helpful and courteous.
