Cancelled my stay, after receiving 3 unmade rooms. 208, 622, don’t remember the third no. Have pictures of all. Told hotel I wanted a full refund and demanding same from *******.

I prepaid this room in advance. My son arrived at 12:30AM after driving 7 hours. The doora were looked and noone was there working. After 30 minutes of knocking and calling the hotel trying to contqct someone so he could check in, he finally left and paid for another room at a different hotel. Otvitz and this hotel are both resoponsible for this horrible failure that i have been dealing slwith starting at 1AM in the morning. Do not atay at this rude and unprofessional place. It sucks!

Room was noisy. Parking was terrible-after paying $10 a day for parking upon check in there were no spaces available. Had to park over half a mile away. Room was clean but just ok certainly didn’t make up for the parking situation. As a woman traveling alone getting in from meetings late in the evening it was not safe to walk alone at night. I would never consider staying here again.
