Good location for Charleroi airport stayed here as had an early flight. This is not a typical airport hotel. Once through the door the hotel has a high standard with a lively a**osphere and an amazing restaurant. The room was large with a great shower , coffee pod machine everything I needed after my 2 hour drive after a hectic work day

Bonjour, Nous avons eu des soucis pour la chambre car la personne qui nous a fait le checking à 13h30 a oublié d'affecter un numéro de chambre et avait réservé pour 1 nuit alors que j'avais payé 2 nuits. Quand nous sommes arrivés à 0h30, nous n'avions pas de chambre ! ... Heureusement, après 40mn de recherche, le personnel de nuit a trouvé une chambre (105) pour nous mais il a fallu refaire un checking le lendemain ... le responsable de nuit n'est même pas intervenu, il a fait comme si nous n'existions pas et il est resté tranquillement dans sont bureau ... Nous avons été réveillé vers 2h30 du matin par des individus fortement alcoolisés qui passaient dans le couloir sans que personne ne leur dise de se taire ... Les lits étaient petits avec un matelas trop mou, donc, nous avons très mal dormi pendant les 2 nuits. Un séjour dans un hôtel très bruyant, avec un parking plein le vendredi soir sans places réservées pour les clients de l'hôtel, avec des camionnettes garées dans tous les sens. Les enfants couraient en jouant bruyamment dans le couloir sans que personne ne dise rien. En fait, les vendredi et samedi soir, la direction de cet hôtel ne se préoccupe que des clients du restaurant mais pas de ceux de l'hôtel. Bref, un séjour dans votre hôtel que nous oublions bien volontier, seul, le petit-déjeuner était très bien.

1) Receptie geeft je geen gevoel van welcome thuis, maar eerder van wees blij dat je hier mag zijn - Indien je voor 15 uur wilt inchecken dan eisen ze een supplement 2) Tesal ladders 1 op twee functioneert niet - maar je moet zelf zoeken dewelke wel of niet .. dat is het antwoord aan de receptie - en met ironie zeggen "Het is wel een gratis dienst mijnheer" 3) Dure correctie bril laten liggen op tafel van restaurant - heeft niemand weer gevonden ... In Wallonië smijten ze waarschijnlijk alles in de prullenbak voor het ontruimen

Kamer en ontbijt waren in orde. Ovondeten in het restaurant viel echt tegen. Onvriendelijke bediening.tijdens het aperitief werden de wijnglazen zonder reden weggehaald. Pasta met scampi’s koud en veel te weinig. Eén biefstuk was gewoon taai. Toen we een fles wijn vroegen werd die gewoon ongeopend zonder boe of ba op tafel gezet en moesten we zelf nog om de wijnglazen vragen. Er werd aan 4 verschillende personen mayonaise gevraagd en enkel de vierde maal werd die gebracht en de frieten waren als chips. Het is niet goedkoop en op zich is dat niet erg maar dan moet het wel in orde zijn en dat was het niet. De volgende avond zijn we ergens anders gaan eten.

Très peu reassorti, plus de petits pains à 8h30, on nous a proposé des sandwichs congelés. Côté chaud, plus d'omelette. Pour 22€ par personne on peut s'attendre à nettement mieux. C'était notre 3ème visite et c'était notre moins bonne expérience. Pour notre prochaine visite, on va bien réfléchir.
