Heat was broken in room, had to change rooms. Room service was supposed to be available at check in but upon calling room service was not available.

It’s a nice hotel, I was kind of disappointed in the cleanliness of the room due to I have stayed here many times. Other than that, everything was good.
I think they should invest in a bigger pool area. A lot of locals have party’s there & it was very crowded

We have been staying here for 5 years, since before our daughter went to University of Charleston. We have always had a good experience. There are times when there are a lot of kids sports teams staying, but we’ve never had an issue other than a little noisy in the lobby. They seem to have gotten that under control. The mattresses could use updating. I believe whomever designed the showers, designed them wrong. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Jerry, the shuttle driver, is the absolute best. He is accommodating and very helpful. He has been employed there for at least the last 5 years. We have used him to go to GoMart Ballpark and the Civic Center (it’s a short walk but it was raining!)

I always choose to stay here when I’m in Charleston. Embassy is a great hotel - clean, cozy, and right in the middle of everything I usually am doing. I love the breakfast options in the mornings, too!

When I arrived after 6hr drive I was ready to rest. Room was freezing I had my thermostat on 83 the entire stay had to use 5 blankets to somewhat stay warm I advised staff guy came up said something was blocking and never saw him again I asked for more blankets they forgot was up all night and had to drive additional 10hrs was charged for extra time even given circumstances I feel I shouldn’t be charged
