Beautiful hotel with wonderful service. They provided shuttle service to and from the concert. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!!

Nice updated hotel, with quick check in. Just bummed my room overlooks a parking deck instead of the river.

This is a very nice and clean hotel in downtown Charleston wv. Newly renovated and is probably the best stay in the area. Convenient and right beside the two best bars downtown. Great access to the levee. Great parking area. Safe and friendly stay.

Passing through town looking to eat, staff was very nice just not clear on hours in hotel or around town and breakfast details next day. Staff all around super friendly

Not the greatest part of town. But it has an up and coming area around it. The river view was good. A noisy street. I'll bet it's a beautiful area in the spring and summer. Loved the hotel and all the staff. Would definitely go back!!!!

Very nice hotel. Good location, walkable to many dining and shopping options. Beautiful view from our room of the river. Wonderful meal at Hale House restaurant and beautiful scenic drive to Fayetteville. My only compliant was the pool was in the chilly side.
