Enjoyed a birthday brunch with our birthday girl (13) - and the vibes are perfect, food delicious and service by Miranda and staff were the cherry on top! Will be back!

We don’t know where to go, it was our first time here and we stayed at the Ryder Hotel. Bella was our waitress, she was the best service we’ve had so far and at most amazing outdoor bar/restaurant!!

The hotel is very pretty, the staff was friendly. Location is perfect, close to almost everything. I didn’t need to rent a car. The food at the little palm was just ok, I suggest going to Fig across the street. It’s pricey but better food. My biggest complaint is that they charged me $45 a day for amenities without telling me. They told me they hold $100 a day for incidentals but the front desk never disclosed these guarantees charges. I didn’t know about it until I received my receipt via email. So if you have a car then I’m sure you’ll get charged almost $200 extra a day.

My husband and I stayed here on our way down to Florida for our honeymoon. The rooms were super clean with a great zen vibe and the staff were great. Clayton was awesome! He helped valet our car and brought our many bags to the room. The restaurant there was very good too, music was bumpin’!Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful day stay at The Ryder Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiling, welcoming faces at the front desk, bar, and restaurant; the kind of genuine hospitality that immediately sets the tone for a great experience. Their ability to accommodate us by securing a last-minute reservation at a nearly impossible-to-book restaurant (Vern's) was truly impressive and speaks volumes about the level of care and concierge-style service they provide. The hotel was impressively clean and well cared for, which added to an overall sense of comfort and ease throughout the space. There was a warm, relaxed feeling that made it easy to settle in and truly enjoy the environment, whether grabbing a drink, spending time in the common outdoor areas, or simply unwinding during the day. There’s a natural warmth to the space, stylish yet cozy, that strikes the perfect balance between elevated design and everyday comfort. It’s clear the team takes pride in both service and presentation, and that attention to detail does not go unnoticed. A lovely experience in Charleston, we would absolutely return.

We hosted a room block as well as a large party in their outdoor space and loved this experience from start to finish. the team was so supportive, collaborative and the service was 10/10. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun girlie stay or an exciting brand event!

Great Experience, the location was great, aesthetic even better, and service better than that! Can't wait to come back again, the pool is perfect for families and groups and friends and the restaurant Little Palm was such a a vibe! Great tropical menu in the world full of Southern food. 10/10 recommend

Absolute Gem!!! From our check in with Sanford to Fabian in Housekeeping who helped make our stay fantastic. The chicken and waffles at Little Palm were so good I had them both days for breakfast. The pool and loungers were so nice and perfect for the hot afternoons. The ambience & decor at the pool and bars is really cute, think modern Palm Springs California! Rooms are comfy & very clean (low ceilings). The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring all of Charleston and steps from shopping on King Street and the Market! This place has the best staff & vibe is just fun!
