Tru by Hilton Charleston Airport

The service was excellent, save for one Housekeeper. On our second day my companion asked a Housekeeper on our floor if we could get some extra large towels she said she would bring them to our room. We never received them, but when my companion went out to get ice the same housekeeper stopped her, and said I told you I would get you the towels. I am a little concerned with this behavior because we have never received it from any other chain. I understand that some people find mixed race couples offensive, however I was always taught to leave personal predigests at home when I go to work.

Acceptable service, clean, comfortable bed , buy first floor is very noisy , cleaning staff kept slamming the laundry room next to my coming in and out of the laundry room and slam the door every time at 7am couldn’t sleep and I was forced to check out early

Nice, new, friendly staff that were very helpful. Didn’t quite understand the concept of asking for the furniture we needed. They got chairs ASAP. Breakfast was lacking even for Covid times. Said waffle machine was still not set up and the packaged items were pretty rough.

Great hotel near airport

Water pressure in shower on 3rd floor was very low. Took longer that usual just to rinse off.

Great location for concert across the street.
