This was the 1st time in Petosky and at this hotel. My stay was absolutely beautiful, Everyone was very personable, friendly and very helpful. Thanks to all the staff. The location was beautiful.

Pool really nice Jacuzzi also.
Nice folks at desk...forgot toothpaste and ina minute recieved one from desk.
Good breakfast hot, eggs and sausage /gravy.

We loved the location, cleanliness and comfort. I would suggest putting a small table or chair in the bathroom to put clothes etc on because the sinks are small and there’s no place to lay anything.

The staff was Very rude and unprofessional . Poorly managed. The first Morning the lady making breakfast was Super Upset and was rude to anyone that was in the room. Anyone I spoke To At the front desk was Very confused and rude- just ran poorly. Rooms were “Ok” not great……..but you can find something better for the price you pay here.
