Bluebeards was up on the hillside overlooking the beautiful bay. Our rooms view was fantastic and very comfortable. The grounds had historic elements and interesting features.

This hotel gets zero stars….worst place ever! The rooms are very difficult to access, built over multiple levels without access ramps and lack the basic elevators for multilevel commercial properties. Even the access from the parking area to the lobby has an extremely steep incline and makes manouvering your baggage a challenge. What they don’t tell you is this hotel is a type of time share and lacks the basic amenities- like housekeeping! Room air conditioning is a joke! Thermostats are under lock and key and cannot be controlled by the guests resulting in extremely uncomfortable nights. The restaurant does not have elevator access and makes dining a difficult experience. In short, this place is a trap! Stay away from this dump!!

Me wife and I spent a week at Blue Beards. We loved the view from our studio room, the balcony overlooked the harbor. The onsite amenities were great! We enjoyed breakfast at the pool bar/restaurant and dinner 1-2 nights at the pub castle restaurant. The food exceeded our expectations! Pool is nice to hang out at in the evenings. They have an onsite museum that’s pretty cool - entrance is free with a donation. Downtown is a short distance away, but hard to walk due to the resort being located at the top of a huge twisting hill. The staff will drive you down the hill in a golf cart or you can taxi into town. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again in the future.

Spend your time and money elsewhere. My husband and I both travel intentionally to places hit by hurricanes and try to give our business to folks who need it. We understand staffing issues post disaster are multi-year problems. We understand the need to economize, etc but Bluebeards is not worth your time or money. Beware. Mo one answers the phone and we had loud music, swearing, banging, yelling for two nights no one answers the phone, we had to walk exterior corridors on an insecure acces property to a lobby with one of its doors locked and then desk unstaffed. “Complimentary” Folgers once per week, an no- yoh cannlt exchange your decaf packs for regular. They ask you to please be mindful of towel use but when you do- for das, in good faith- they refuse to accept any towels more than once per day. So we had some new bath towels (after days) in the morning? They refused to exchange out four pool towels that afternoon when we had been using the same ones for four days! Horrible management decisions. Things are closed left and right. This is not a resort. And my final comment- as if the chintzy outdoor furniture wasn’t enough of an eye sore, they have found a lower bar with umbrellas that are falling apart. Bluebeards management you have lost a customer and any positive word of mouth we may have shared in order to save on some towels. This establishment doesn’t serve to be in business and it certainly doesn’t serve your a ation funds. Go elsewhere. Ps- no housekeeping at all. Even for a week long stay which we had. Unless we wanted to pay extra. Oh- they also do not restock toiletries, or toilet paper, unless you ask. Such a waste of what could be a beautiful property..

Terrible front desk service and room service. People in the service department did not follow their own policies. Concierre was never found when needed help with information. Front Desk people did not know where the Concierre was located. We will not be staying there anymore in the future!

Great views, beautiful resort, very friendly and helpful staff. The concierge that was filling in did a great job at answering all our questions and getting us set up on tours. Will definitely go back.

Room was huge, with a great view and clean. Very clean. Pool is decent. Food is really good at the bar. Bartenders all friendly. Erin is terrific. Since we were here for work without a car it was a bit difficult, as the immediate roads near the resort are not walker-friendly, so, you're kind of stuck here unless you take a taxi, which gets expensive quickly. I was very pleased with the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. You're not really near a beach at all. Brewer's beach was about a 15 minute ride away from the resort. You are an approximate five minute ride to the area where cruise ships dock.

I have been coming to St. Thomas for years. This is the first time I’ve stayed at Bluebeards. It was a very nice hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The castle is fun to check out, pool and pool deck has the most amazing views! There is a bar and restaurants right at the pool as well. Our room was basic but clean - but we don’t mind the room being basic as we were in paradise! The location is awesome into downtown or Havensight!

Great location overlooking the bay. Resort was clean. Restaurant served good food and pool bar/restaurant was a huge bonus because they would bring your food and drink to you in your lounge chair. Resort staff was good and helpful. Security on site! Def recommend
