Had a 430 checkin time but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that we couldn’t check in due to the rooms not being ready. There were several couples ahead of us not to mention that we encountered unfavorable weather conditions outside so we were at the mercy of being stuck in the lobby. No courtesies we’re offered due to our inconvenience as we were only there for one night. Better can be done.

Good location, we stayed in a spectacular house for 2 days and another 2 days in this hotel, it was a good alternative for the price and because it was not advance payment. I would rate 7.5 overall.

The checkin was horrible, but the room was decent and clean. The area behind the hotel is sketchy, but conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping areas.
