The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pools were decent, but the beach was terrible. Murky, dirty water with no beach chairs the entire week. We drove to other beaches (which were amazing.. Coki, magens bay and sapphire). We’ve stayed at other margaritavilles before and poor service with their restaurants seem to be a trend. We waited over an hour for burgers and fries.

We had a fantastic time. Unlike the Debbie downers we felt that it was well worth the stay. True the beach is not the best and shows damage from weather/small and not the clearest, but the rest of the property and people made it a fun trip. You have to go with the flow.

Disorganized at property Staff not able yo provide razer for shaving for two days after five repeated asks. Finally one day three shaving kots showed up.
Then incorrect room type given. Pullout bed had to be used and pullout mattress was in terrible condition.
Bathroom conditioner and body wash dispenser empty took three asks to get it looked at.
Disappointed could not charge meals to the room as they said system would not allow it.
Overall disappointing especially at $400 a night

Loved Margaritaville. Staff was exceptionally friendly - especially DELMA and RAFAEL. Early check-in was allowed. Our unit was nice and neat. I would have preferred a 2nd floor unit, but we were still in great proximity to the lobby, pool, restaurant and resort shops, so that was a bonus. The place was quiet and had a good sense of privacy. Grownup atmosphere. Golf carts are available if you wish to explore the entire huge property. There's a great beach (Coki) within walking distance too. I will definitely visit again. We used the on-site laundry, so it was a relief not bringing dirty clothes home. Small issue is that guests have to take taxis everywhere else on the island, and that really adds up, but that was expected, so we were prepared. Location not very far from Red Hook, which is a pretty lively area. Also, be prepared to be sold a timeshare. If you have a couple of hours to spare, may be worth it for the perks.

The property was beautiful, and the rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the atmosphere food, and the location.
What I did not like was the confusion about the excursions and how it was misleading about attending the 90 minute meeting. I felt like the people were there to help you book and make these excursions with ease but it involved the possibility of having to pay double if you were unable to make this meeting. Our situation was supposedly resolved.
