Worst food service I've ever had at a hotel

Overall hotel was great. The breakfast was amazing but the parking terrible. They only have 2 floors for hotel parking after that you have to go to the 9th floor. The gate did not want to let me out as I was leaving level 5 they wanted me to pay for a paid ticket already. The person on the speaker was not helpful AT ALL. She was rude when all she had to say was put your ticket in your windshield (which I figured out on my own 20mins later) instead she hung up on. I wouldn’t go back just cause of this and the elevators breaking making that 9 flights of stairs a real work out.

Loved it! Lovely, newer hotel. Nice kitchette that was fully equipped, ample room in the room, nice shower, comfortable bed, delicious provided fruit-infused water in the lobby, very good hot complimentary breakfast that changed daily, very helpful staff, close proximity to the Charlotte Convention Center with a great Whole Foods right next door. One small hiccup with fresh towels being automatically refurnished but that was easily remedied by talking with the front desk. Looking forward to the time we can visit again!

The Element’s staff is a DREAM TEAM. The room was impeccable. The elevated breakfast experience is exceptional. Every team member was engaging, courteous, and well informed of the area. The hotel is spotless, literally. A big SHOUT OUT to Vanessa, Ari, Cam, Ciara, Ms Burt, and Greg. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about my visit was exceptional: the unmatched quality of the continental breakfast, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the hospitality offered by the staff. We were especially appreciative of service, customer service, and friendliness of Aria, Cam, Greg, Mrs. Burt, Vanessa.

DeAndre was one of the best & most helpful front desk agents we have come across. Very knowledge and gave us alot of information about the hotel and the things to do around the city that was great to know. Zack was also nice and quick on his feet. Thank you for having such great front desk staff. We will be back.

The room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and Ms. Sandra was wonderful. She was very nice and made sure we had anything we needed. The location was perfect for our event at the convention center.

The staff from front desk to house keeping to management to service were all very friendly and very helpful

The room and bathroom were both super clean. The staff was so kind and check in check out were super quick and easy. We went for a Panthers game and the walk to BofA was super quick and easy!
