We were staying here celebrating our anniversary. Booked a suite and double 90 minute massages at the spa.
Short staffed upon check in for the room, had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. Room was not ready.
Paid for a suite to celebrate and was given a handicap accessible room. Not an huge deal but showing and room layout was not what we had hoped for and Had before. After finding out said property was booked up. Only offered a $75 credit for a $850 room. Manager on site had an attitude and mocked us for asking for more off. Recommend us to stay elsewhere if we weren’t satisfied.
The spa experience was great and the staff there was amazing.
Upon check out, we used the app to request our car to be brought up from valet. After waiting over 45 minutes and asking several times for an update we asked one of of the bellhop about where our car was only to find out one of them had the keys but forgot to bring it up.
We usually stay here several times a year but this experience was horrendous. Service was the biggest let down.
