The hotel facilities, sanitation, breakfast and service conform to the characteristics of the Marriott brand. The environment is good, safe, and convenient to travel. I will stay again if necessary. The room is very spacious. Good location and easy access to downtown Charlottesville and the university. The breakfast was quite good and had a lot of options.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Bathroom was pretty clean - liked the glass shower. I originally decided on this site because the room had two TVs and a couch. One TV did not work and the couch was not near as nice as the one in their photos. Asked about maintenance and was told they had a couple of days off. Note: you are on a main road and can hear everything - yes my room faced the road. Pro- they have underground parking with an elevator

We stayed one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, on our way to Monticello on a US History Tour. We found it to be a nice hotel, with efficient staff and complimentary breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We noticed they had a nice gym & pool, but since our tour group arrived fairly late, and we had an early start the next day didn’t really have time & energy for exploring amenities. The location was convenient for going to Monticello the next morning.

New hotel near the University and some really cool restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Service was top-notch, and the breakfast was great. Parking is provided as well, although spaces were tight. This is a great option in downtown Charlottesville.

Easy check in and convenient parking. Staff was very friendly and gave us some recommendations for dining and areas to walk about nearby. Hotel is in close proximity to the downtown mall and University of Virginia.

Staff person that checked me on was outstanding. I had an issue with my room and he wonderful with correcting the issue. He provided excellent customer customer service.
