Arrive at 11 pm after driving all day ,in room NO towels ,wash clothes, bath mat , or bath towels..NO SOAP, SHAMPOO , BODY WASH ..Not sure what was going on with housekeeping staff..It's a Marriott ! , won't be there again..Curtains falling off curtain tracks...***???

The staff were very welcoming. We dropped our belongings in the room and headed out for dinner. There were a lot of options close by. When we got back we noticed a hot chocolate and tea area. A lovely touch. The room was very clean but the bed was atrocious! It sunk in the middle. We kept falling into each other during the night. It took me 5 minutes of warm up stretching to be able to stand upright the next morning. Also the refrigerator made a weird high pitched noise. I almost unplugged it.

Clean newer Marriott, easy access off the highway, area is a safe, lots of restaurants to choose from with if walking or driving distance, check in was quick, room was quiet, staff were very nice, good breakfast with plenty of variety, free parking

No channel guide for TV available in room. No extra blankets or pillows in the room as most hotels have. AC did not work efficiently.

Staff was amazing. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Also, room service came in and took all the dirty towels and didnt leave clean ones so we had no towels left in our room, we had to go downstairs to get some from the front desk. Other than that, hotel is pristine and staff is AMAZING

Stayed here for a 3 day weekend visiting our daughter at UVA. Comfy bed, decent breakfast and coffee was always hot and strong. Will stay here again.
