Good and convenient if you just need somewhere to sleep

It’s always a pleasure to stay here I loved it the staff was great friendly and the rooms was clean and the food was great

The Hotel is only 2.3 miles from UVMC CHARLOTTESVILLE Virginia. The rooms are very clean. The temperature in the room is adequate and quite. There’s plenty of onsite parking. Starbucks is conveniently located across the street. This is an excellent find for the price. The management is very helpful and respectful.

There was too much activity (noisy people) around the motel (which understand the staff can't control) and it made it difficult to sleep.

I would of rated it higher but the tv wasnt working was a big disappointment

So after a few long days I returned to days in about a little short of a year. I enjoyed most of my time until the fake intervention investigators come out at 4am! I Also didn’t enjoy almost being asluted twice with this one year gap. Trauma tic, finally I was bitten by bed bugs and the night auditor told me there was no pest control procedure, and left me alone to handle the situation for hours with no phone calls walk ups and only 1 responses to both emails I sent prior with the evidence and my own safe resolution. The manager emailed me back and claimed he was bringing me bags and quarters to dry my clothes and never came until I called the office again and asked for help. After 8am. The manager didn’t want to refund me, he decided he was going to give me another room as if I wanted to stay. Then told me I used 3rd party and my little 66$ was good enough with no recipt. He also gave me keys to another room when he returned with my damp clothes and told me I needed to be gone out the other room at 11:30am as if he didn’t leave me stuck in a contaminated environment and made me fend for my self. I washed my clothes in the sink and the first pair of paints I put on I dried half damp on the heater in the room because I got tired of sitting in there. I have spent 1000’s of dollars threw out the years here and never complain . This visit is different, I no longer am a Virginia resident, I am a Georgia resident now and to be treated as such is not cool. Not to mention I’m sure they sell room with pest issues back to back with out having pest control come and handle the issue. Here’s my evidence to prove it. Khason Rodgers

It was very convenient and close to Charlottesville Airport. The overall stay was good. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for me.
