The facilities are old, the carpets and sofas in the house look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time, and there's a strange smell in the corridor.

Overall, it's kind, the room is spacious, and it's good. In particular, the breakfast is pretty standard among inn series. However, the facilities are a bit old, and there are no Asians, perhaps because of the accommodation concept.
It's a bit of a hassle to get to downtown.

Great location and easy access to UVA, restaurants, and community venues. The breakfast offerings were refreshed regularly and the dining room was clean. The carpet in our room was stained but the rest of the room and bathroom was clean. This was a good option for our mid-week visit.

A must stay when in town! Inn is spotless and staff are AMAZING! Go out of there way to make sure you have a great time and have what you need!
