Older hotel so not wheelchair or stroller friendly but staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was super quiet. Breakfast was awesome and my daughter loved the pool!

This was the convention hotel for a hockey tournament. Excellent facilities and super friendly staff!!! Reasonably priced. Loved the lobby area with the period correct circular staircase…was a step back in time.

Good accommodations (mattress and pillows were top shelf comfortable)free parking a delicious breakfast, pool was awesome friendly staff all for a fair price for the time of year(April, out of prime tourist season) The Rodd made available for our team a hospitality room for team meals and socializing. Fantastic!

Loved loved the Family Suite but the pool chemicals are overwhelming. Chlorine and/or other chemicals seem way too high or incorrect. The fumes hit you as soon as you enter the pool room, (we could actually smell the chlorine from our room in the courtyard) I didn't even go in the pool the second day my eyes were burning sitting at poolside and we left after 20 mins. My son broke out in a full body rash and both son's eyes were sore and burning, if any water got in their mouth they were coughing intensely. The water wasn't clear it was teal-ish blue and seemed murky (not like other pools with clear water) This was very disappointing because my boys loved the water slide, and they wanted to stay, we went for March Break so the pool was the draw for us. I left with disappointed kids because I was concerned about unsafe chemical levels.

Staff was terrific. We were coming from ontario to see family and while there attended 2 funerals in 4 days for family. Staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Allowed us to check in early and out late due to our flight schedule. Checked in and out 3 different times over the course of 9 days.

Basic hotel. Rooms are dated, fixtures showing their age with scratches and chips. Metal light fixtures in the bathroom rusting. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good but a basic hot breakfast.
