This property is fairly new and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was helpful in directing us to close by restaurant and the room was large and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Check in was terrible. We were told by the guest service agents that ******* had cancelled our reservation and we would have to pay again. We had to physically show them our online confirmation and it took a long time and then finally they said yes it’s in the system after we refused to pay more money. Then during our stay there were many children running up and down the hallways up until after midnight. Knocking on doors and kicking the walls in hallway. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have that addressed. Little sleep and terrible customer service.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was amazing - My only suggestion would be to close the kitchen by 10am but allow people to get access to what is left until 10:30am ....

It may be wonderful for business, but for a couple is cold. And the most upsetting is, you get tired during the day, there is no restaurant in the hotel itsef. The day was terrible cold and we were hungry... we have to go out to find a not fast food restaurant.
