Our second relaxing stay in this exceptional hotel.
The place is very charming, the staff welcoming and you can access the La Gruyère baths directly through a tunnel which passes under the hotel.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Das Check in sehr freundlich und wir konnten bereits kurz nach dem Mittag ins Zimmer. Wie gebucht, Sicht nach hinten. Aber wir waren ja so oder so nicht lange im Zimmer. Bademantel, Badetuch und Slippers lagen bereit, so konnten wir durch den Tunnel direkt zum Bad. Dieses ist recht klein und wird schnell mal voll. Leider scheint es keine Begrenzung an Gästen zu geben. Wir hätten uns auch kürzere Sprudel Intervalle gewünscht. So dauerte es etwas bis man an die Reihe kam. Abend essen im Gourmet Restaurant. Netter Service der nachliess gegen Ende. Und wir fanden den Preis sehr hoch, für was geboten wurde nächstes mal essen wir im Bistro. Frühstück war gut. Nettes Personal. Wir kommen wieder und würden einfach im Bistro essen und eher unter der Woche kommen.

Incredible staff, from reception to restaurant waiters. This was my birthday and a little gift was waiting for me in my room I definitely recommend this hotel which is the essence of what Swiss hospitality is truly about! Bravo team Hotel Cailler and thank you for everything!

Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’on vient ici un hôtel idéalement situer au pied de superbe montagne et d’un centre thermal. On avait la chambre 321 belle chambre aménagée avec goût il y avait juste le store électrique qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le point négatif le personnel pas souriant à part le monsieur au déjeuner qui souriait visiblement le seul employé heureux d’être au travail. En effet le 25.09 on est arrivé en début d’après-midi la chambre était disponible que depuis 16 heures dès lors on nous a donné des linges pour aller au bain un linge par personne pas assez pour profiter pleinement une fois revenu à l’hôtel pour prendre notre chambre on a fait la remarque à la réception qu’on aurait apprécié avoir des peignoirsd’un ton condescendant on nous a regardé et on nous a dit vous les aurez pour demain on explique que c’est aujourd’hui qu’on aurait voulu profiter avec un petit sourire on nous a redit vous les aurez demain visiblement aucune remise en question dommage. Le petit déjeuner comme à son habitude et très bien achalandé beaucoup de choix quoi dire de plus on déjeune avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes un buffet bien garni c’était parfait.
