Literie confortable , et puis surtout un coin pour les enfants !! plutot top pour les parents qui peuvent souffler un peu en prenant un verre .( Bar très cool et déco aussi ) .. petit déjeuner au top !

Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'hôtel qui est agréable et de la chambre grande et propre. En revanche, nous étions dans une chambre familiale et nos deux filles (13 et 17 ans) ont dormi sur un canapé lit très peu confortable.

Accueil professionnel, chambre spacieuse, très belle décoration. Petit déjeuner copieux, Stéphanie et Stéphane sont à notre petit soin ... Toute l'équipe est très sympathique. Lors de notre prochain passage à Chartres nous y reviendrons.

Personnel très accueillant et très gentil.
Par exemple, j'ai eu un problème avec mon genou rendant difficile les déplacements, ils m'ont apporté à table tout pour mon petit déjeuner sans que je demande quoi que cela soit.

Without our mishap at breakfast I would surely have given 4 or 5 stars because: the welcome from the receptionist was excellent during check-in, we were even lucky enough to be upgraded! The room was very good and we slept well. The hotel has been renovated and is therefore very pleasant. Our experience seriously deteriorated during breakfast. A rare enough fact to highlight it within a Novotel establishment: we were simply ignored when we arrived (I was alone with my two children). The situation was quite embarrassing because the breakfast room was empty (only 1 couple with children). A few minutes after our arrival, the person in charge of breakfast approached us and simply said “your room number please”…. Nothing else ! This mishap leaves me with a bitter taste. This is why I unfortunately lowered my rating to 3 stars. I reported this lack of welcome to a person (in an apron) at the breakfast area and also to the receptionist during check-out. Such a level of reception is not up to the standards of the establishment. This was our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we are no longer sure we will return.

Je dors régulièrement à ce Novotel lorsque je suis de passage à Chartres. Chambre très agréable et très propre. Personnel accueillant et très disponible. Beaucoup de choix sur la restauration. Mes neveux et nièces adorent l'espace jeux des enfants où ils jouent à cuisiner comme les grands.

Super séjour. Depuis les travaux réalisés en début d’année, l’hôtel a clairement monté en catégorie luxe. Le personnel est extraordinaire, les services sont au top, et l’endroit est chaleureux. Je conseille vivement. En famille, en couple pour une étape où un séjour. Très facile d’accès par ailleurs.
