L’hôtel est particulièrement bien placé mais impossible de se garer à proximité ce qui est un réel handicap bien que ça ne soit pas la faute de l’hôtel Le parti pris d’éliminer complètement la voiture dans le centre ville doit être reconsidéré par la municipalité ! C’est bien peu accueillant pour les visiteurs. Les chambres sont conformes au standard de la chaîne Accor. Tout y est. Attention au carrelage de la salle de bain particulièrement glissant Ce qui est à améliorer c’est le petit déjeuner pas très appétissant, car rien n’est frais.

Un HOTEL très décevant qui est situé dans le centre de Chartres mais stationnement impossible si on ne va pas au parking («32 euros les 24 h) prestations très basiques pour une nuit à 175 euros. Petit déjeuner très sommaire et de mauvaise qualité. Nous ne recommandons pas .

A portée de pied de la gare et de la cathédrale, cet hôtel est pratique si vous voyagez sans voiture. N'hésitez pas à jeter un coup d'oeil à la médiathèque municipale située juste à côté (ancienne poste). Surclassement en chambre privilège très appréciable. Petit déjeuner dans les standards de Mercure, très bon accueil. Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit mais je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci à tout le personnel.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Mercure Chartres. Our check-in with Alexandre was so nice as he told us all about the area, recommended a restaurant and in general was so welcoming. The room and bath were clean and comfortable. The hotel was located close to parking and close to walking to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
