Franchement l'hôtel agréable du personnel de qualité bien habillé tenue correcte et parle courament anglais même si je suis français je trouve excellent. Néanmoins à l'hôtel poèmes prière de penser à mettre les téléphones pour joindre la réception. Sachant que ya pas d'ascenseur.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

First the positives- 1) the staff were great. They found my forgotten bag and called me to get it- thank you. 2) Parking space was secure and great. Negatives 1) our room smelled of sewage and our sink was leaking into the towels and the box of paper towel they had left in the bathroom. 2) Our room was facing the road and I could not sleep at night with the noise and not sure there was much double glazing and sound insulation from the road. 3) We went down for 10 am to have breakfast and most things were finished and they were not topping the plates up so paid 18 euros per person for not a lot of breakfast. Coffee was not great either. Conclusion: I will not be going back.

Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est à vos petits soins dans un cadre super chaleureux, un établissement très bien décoré, un hébergement vraiment top, un accès très facile. Bref, un hôtel à recommander.

Pros: The staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, with limited fresh fruit and no tomato or cucumber that I recall, but a decent selection and served in a pleasant space. I had a room with a gorgeous view of the cathedral. Cons: This is the most poorly soundproofed room I have EVER slept in. I could hear every word my neighbors spoke and every activity in great detail. It seemed that the guests were having a great stay, but it was a level of familiarity that I found shocking in a hotel of this quality. Things quieted down and I had fine sleep after everyone else fell asleep, but honestly it was a bit much. The lift is tiny. One person and one suitcase if you hold your breath, but I am happy they had one at all.

très bel hôtel, très bien situé et très bien équipé...les avis clients sont très justes. Je suis reconnaissante à l'hôtel de recommander le restaurant le MOLIERE car on y mange très bien . Bref un excellent séjour
