4 minutes from Notre Dame de Chartres, three minutes from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent.

Hôtel idéalement placé près de la gare SNCF, et centre-ville historique facilement accessible à pied. Chambres récemment rénovées ; la nôtre se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée au bout d'un long couloir, mais cela nous a préservés du bruit de la rue, située en face de la gare. Literie confortable, chambre aménagée de manière fonctionnelle, sans équipement supplémentaire (pas de mini-frigo par exemple). Les réceptionnistes croisés lors de notre séjour (2 nuits), ont tous été sympathiques et de bon conseil. Seul point négatif : le petit déjeuner. La salle est un peu petite lorsque l'hôtel est bien rempli, et les denrées proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé (12,90€). Nous avons donc pris le second petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur.

Nous avons testé la chambre 207 en amoureux. D'abord l'accueil, aimable et professionnel. Nous ne sommes restées qu'une nuit et les trois réceptionnistes auxquel quelles nous avons eu affaire se montrés, souriant, aidant. Elles, il font du bon travail et on ressent leur amour de leur métier. Merci aussi au personnel de ménage. Puis la propreté nickel de la moquette des couloirs et de l'ascenseur semblait pleine de promesses. Promesse exaucée ! Grande chambre avec vue sur la cathédrale, WC séparées de la salle de bain, lit 1.8m, grande douche. Le tout fonctionnel et récent. Grande TV, même si on s'en foutait. Nous recommandons l'établissement. Et si vous passez par là, visitez la maison Picassiette. Un beau moment d'humanité et d'émotions. De plus l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour point de départ de balade vers le centre et la vieille ville. Sylvie et Dom

hotel bien placé à 5 mn de la gare et de la cathedrale de chartres . Chambre calme et petit dej correct pour le prix que j'ai payé . Par contre ,je suis arrivée 15 mn avant 15 H,et sans regarder si ma chambre était disponible,on m'a demandé de revenir à 15H . A part cela,personnel agréable et serviable .

We got a room on the top floor where almost all the rooms have a great view of the cathedral (ours did). They've changed the access roads yet again (not the hotels fault), just ignore the no entry signs towards the station. Good parking and a great welcome. The guy at the desk remembered us and noted we were also booked for August, so we must like the hotel. Great room and a nice shower room. The breakfast was as good as always with loads of choices, including cold meats, scrambled eggs & bacon. easy walking distance to the station and the town centre. The hotel parking is much cheaper than the local car park.
