Hôtel très correct dans l’ensemble mais sur 3 machine de cardiotraining 2 étaient HS et une en mauvais état ! Extrêmement décevant et frustrant quand on choisit un 4 étoiles pour profiter de la salle de sport !

Nous y séjournons pour la deuxième fois et cela s’est bien passé comme la première fois. Nous avons été bien accueillis et nous tenons à remercier la jeune dame de l’accueil qui a été très professionnelle et très humaine 😇😇 Nous remercions aussi l’équipe du petit déjeuner , notamment la jeune dame britannique pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme et son sourire . Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel pour ceux qui sont de passage à Poitiers.

Hôtel correct dans sa catégorie. Il n’y avait pas de restauration le samedi midi, c’est un peu dommage, mais nous avons pu l’essayer le samedi soir. Les plats étaient bons j’ai juste été déçue par le pithiviers. Le personnel est serviable et souriant.

Ce n'est pas le Mercure le plus classieux que nous ayons fait, loin de là, mais il est confortable, dispose d'un restaurant aux plats tout à fait corrects et son personnel est extrêmement sympathique. Des efforts à faire pour le petit déjeuner par contre. Jeux (payants) pour les enfants.

Moyen pour un 4 étoiles C est moyen une bouteille d'eau dans chaque chambre pour une famille de 6 personnes c est limite Personnel pas aimable Quand j ai demandé une deuxième bouteille d'eau on m a répondu vous allez au bar en acheter bien sûr La prochaine fois je réserverai plutôt
