The location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English. The room is clean, it has a nice balcony (no view), decent tv to watch Netflix, good wifi & amenities, kitchen is great if you stay for over a week and you can rent out kitchenware which really comes handy. It costs 1000 yen in the booklet but the girl charged us for 3000 yen which I don’t get why but it’s whatever lol over all, great!

Emi Full is a hotel without a counter. Please remind everyone before checking in to confirm that you have received the password from them when checking in before you can check in. There is a parking space outside for a fee. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the American Village. There is a washing machine in the room that can be used. Overall, it is simple and clean. There are no people nearby. The car is quite quiet

It would be helpful if you could email me a few days in advance with instructions on how to check in. I think it's good value for money. The room was nice and clean. I'd like to use it again.

There are no hotel employees on site to check in and out, and they can only speak Japanese. The room is very large and has good facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel is far away and is not very convenient. There are also towels and sheets that are not clean enough and have stains.

It was only when we arrived at the hotel that we realized there was no staff, so we had to email us in advance. I was notified immediately via email when I was on site, and it took some time to check in. The hotel is overall clean and well managed. Since I checked out early on the second morning, I didn't pay attention to anything else.

We used this for our honeymoon. We had plans to go to another nice resort hotel, so we wanted to stay in a cheaper hotel for one day. The room was designed like a 1LDK for a single person with all the electrical appliances and even had a washing machine. It was within walking distance to American Village and was so cheap, so I think it's perfect for people who want to keep costs down. We also sent an email to the hotel in advance and had to enter the password before entering the room, so we didn't meet any staff from the hotel, but we didn't have anything in particular we wanted to ask the hotel staff, so it wasn't inconvenient.

It was easy to get to American Village, and the parking lot was only 1000 yen, which wasn't too expensive. The room is clean and has a microwave, etc., so I think it's perfect for families and large groups.

The hotel will reply to you and inform you that the password for the first floor gate will not be given to you until 15:00 on the day of check-in (the password will be changed every day, so remember to ask again. Although it was said that the password for the next day will be emailed at 22:00, I did not receive it) Step3. The room key is at the entrance, and the room key can also open the door on the first floor (I wonder~ the building will change the password every day, what is the purpose of notifying the password...? Step 4. Parking is available on the first floor and in the open space opposite. It costs 1,000 yen per day (put the money in an envelope and the room key in the mailbox when checking out)

1. Trip.com did not inform you about the check-in procedures upon arrival at the hotel. 2. In terms of hotel charges, when booking this hotel, it claimed that kitchenware was provided but did not explain that extra payment was required. However, it was only after checking in that I found out that the hotel had to charge extra. 3. The hotel's online contact is confusing. There are two emails for check-in and inquiry respectively. After I checked out and paid the parking fee, the staff used the check-in email the next day to check whether I checked out and paid the parking fee. Because the check-out procedure of this hotel is to put the door key and envelope with money and then put them in the inbox next to the elevator. The incident made us nervous and uneasy. 4. The check-in procedures posted by the hotel are vague and have no punctuation marks, making it difficult to follow online. The instructions for entering the hotel password and entering the phone number on the 1st floor are unclear (instructions to press the blue button before entering the password, but all buttons are blue) , hope it can be improved) 5. The width of the bed is too narrow and does not match the description on trip.com.

I think it's the best value for money However, since it is cheap, there are additional costs such as parking fees and other incidental costs. Even though it costs extra, it is still good value for money. American Village is also located within a 10-minute walk. Recommended for those looking for decent room conditions at an affordable price.

It was located within walking distance of American Village and A&W, making it convenient for going to northern Okinawa. I also appreciated that they changed the towels every day.
