Dirty rooms bathroom saw bed bugs hair in bathtub and front staff very rude we forget key in the room he laugh omg thats sarcastic and also i said i am japanese citizen but also asking for zairyo card バカ

hotel location near Chatan downtown around 3 mins distance by car, you can park car on the street next to seaside dike which is convenient and free. room is clean and confortable while corridor is very humid without air con., the elder man in the front desk is pretty kind and nice to serve us

Good value for money , but a bit far from the beach . Sunset is the highlight near the hotel . Only problem is the noise from the American airport beside the hotel …

Comfortable hotel but we were placed right next to the bathroom and could hear people flushing the toilet all night.
