The location is great, not far from American Village and the bus stop. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The balcony offers a harbor view. The only downside is that the front desk is often unattended, and you have to communicate via video.

The service was just okay; they didn't change the towels. However, the room itself was clean. It felt more like a guesthouse with no staff around.

We stayed on a high floor and had a fantastic view. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for four nights, and while there was no housekeeping service during our stay, the room had three large sorted trash cans, which were very convenient to use. The kitchenette in the room was fully equipped with a microwave, a complete set of tableware, a refrigerator, as well as a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a dryer. It felt just like living in our own apartment. The surrounding area offers great amenities, with a supermarket and many restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to American Village. The only minor drawback was that occasionally, around 10 PM, we'd hear noisy motorbike gangs, which slightly disturbed the peace. Although it's a self check-in process, if the front desk staff are still on duty, they are very happy to assist. If we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

Excellent location, very convenient. The parking lot is a bit small; if there are many cars, it might test your reverse parking skills. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent natural light – the kids absolutely loved it! We had to make up the extra bed ourselves, but instructions were provided and it wasn't difficult, just took a little time. Operating the self-check-in machine was a bit confusing at first (we needed to select the 'foreign guest' option), but fortunately, a staff member was right there and helped us out enthusiastically. All in all, it's a great option for a stay, and we would definitely consider returning.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, atmosphere, and facilities. The views were also fantastic. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge bonus, making it incredibly convenient for family travelers. I highly recommend it!

Hands down, this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The only minor drawback is its location near American Village, which can make getting around a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, if you're able to rent a car for independent travel, it's absolutely perfect! **Pros:** 1. The balcony was incredibly comfortable. In summer, you can sleep with the balcony doors open, letting the refreshing sea breeze in without needing AC. It really brought back such nostalgic childhood memories. 2. The room itself is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need – pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and even a convenient in-room washer and dryer. A huge plus for families with children! 3. We stayed here for two nights. As we were on a family vacation with our child, we mainly explored American Village and its immediate surroundings. Aeon Mall is just 3.4km away, and there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby, like yakiniku and ramen. I especially recommend the Indian restaurant right next door – it's delicious and really affordable! 4. Our kid was absolutely thrilled, spending an entire morning on the balcony watching fighter jets fly by!

For our family of four, the accommodation was spacious enough. The self-check-in process was somewhat inconvenient; it's crucial to complete the online check-in before you even leave for your trip. Upon arrival, you'll need to scan a QR code in the lobby and then use the adjacent tablet to contact staff, who will then provide your room number and instructions for key collection. The sea view is absolutely stunning, which alone makes it worth the stay. However, parking is quite limited, so finding a spot can be difficult if you return late. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and very well-appointed, complete with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer – incredibly convenient! Check-in was smooth, done via a tablet at the entrance, and the keys were securely stored in a locker. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to American Village.
