Easy Check-In, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Nette A**osphäre Hotel mit Flair.. sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und gute Qualität.

We had a very enjoyable stop over on 7 September - warm welcome, excellent food and well situated for access to the A28 close to Tours. The hotel team are both welcoming and communicative and the building and decor very charaterful. The town and surrounding countryside are delightful annd the town has all the facilities you might need including a supermarket and fuel.

This was our third stop at the hotel. Welcome and help excellent and an added special item - the hotel obtained a case of wine for me - tasted in their restaurant and requested on our previous visit. Dinner really excellent.

Situé sur la place de la mairie, au cœur de la ville, l’hôtel est calme, propre avec une décoration sobre et épurée. Personnel accueillant et souriant.
Located on the town hall square, in the heart of the town, the hotel is quiet, clean and decorated in a sober, uncluttered style. Friendly, smiling staff.

Cadeau Smartbox Tables de Chef (99,90 €). Nous sommes déçus par cette expérience au Grand Hôtel. Nous avons eu droit à 2 repas Formule Logis (22 €/personne) accompagnés de 2 apéritifs, 1 verre de vin et 2 cafés. Ce menu proposait des plats correctement cuisinés mais sans recherche ni raffinement (effiloché de boeuf pas vraiment tendre et poisson proposé à l'ardoise : lieu noir...). Formule et cuisine pas en rapport avec le service distingué. Bon repas pour un repas dit "ouvrier" mais prestation pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on pouvait attendre avec cette smartbox.

La situation en centre-ville est appréciable mais de ce fait l'hôtel est bruyant. Jolie chambre bien équipée mais il n'est pas facile d'y accéder avec des bagages par l'escalier "d'époque". Pas d'ascenseur. Restaurant sur place, assez cher. Petit déjeuner correct avec de très bonnes viennoiseries.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit seulement sans profiter du petit déjeuné car notre départ était nocturne. Mais nous avons tout de même profité du restaurant pour le dîner et c’était parfait ! Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute, si vous avez des allergies alimentaires vous pouvez y aller sans soucis. L’hôtel est vraiment très beau et les chambres sont climatisées, propres, agréables et reposantes. Nous avons passé un court séjour mais qui fut excellent je le recommande à 1000% !

Arrivée un dimanche soir, resto fermé, personne à l'accueil, juste un code d'accès reçu par texto et une enveloppe avec la clé et un petit mot explicatif :-( En revanche, le personnel, présent le lundi matin, était charmant.
